Electric Fuel Pump or Mech

Posted on June 15, 2010 at 5:54pm 2 Comments

folks,

We've all seen older drag cars with Moon fuel tanks mounted on/in the front of the car. Either on the grille as on some of the A/FXers or in the case of some Gassers and Altereds right in front of the engine.

My question is this, Would these cars with the Moon tanks in front rely on ELECTRICAL FUEL PUMPS or MECHANICAL PUMPS mounted on the engine ?
