Several years ago while going through a divorce I purchased an old altered and began gathering parts to resurect the old car. Well I recently retired and am now in the process of putting my collection of vintage parts together, I need to thank Butch Machado for going to many swap meets in search of parts with me, also Ebay and Craigslist have been great sources for vintage parts. - Tell us about yourself.
- First time to drag races was old Santa Ana airport in 1959, was involved with top fuel car and a fuel altered in the 60's. Worked for FoMoCo in domestic special order and moonlighted at Hays clutches, worked for Boyd Coddington for several years and in the aftermarket wheel industry. Now work for Yamaha Golf Cars as parts manager and crew on Bradfords Fiat fuel altered.
- Which other forms of racing do you follow?
- I enjoy watching NASCAR on television and attend Volkswagen Drag Races where my son and daughter in law both compete.
