I got to meet Tom and his wonderful wife Barbara at the York Show this past weekend.  What a wonderful couple.  They looked like they were having a great time meeting all the fans of drag racing.  Thanks for taking the time to share your past memories with all of us.  I love the shirts and photos of your cars.

My little story about Tom.1970 King of kings Funny Car show @ Capitol Raceway,I was 10 years old.Me & my uncle were walking in the pits checking out all the cars,we walked by Toms car and he said that green race cars were  bad luck.All I remember is that I was scared shitless every time the car ran.I do remember praying when Tom got in the water,LOL
