D.A. balanced my first performance motor over 30 years ago and I just sold a refreshed motor that still has the crank in it stamped D.A. Santucci.

The D.A. Santucci bubble gum car Top Gas dragster will be at the 12th Annual Musclecar Madness at the York Reunion on July 12-13, 2013.

The car will be on display at the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing for the 2013 season also running from March 30th to approximately Dec. 15th.

The car will visit the York show and return to the museum for the rest of the year.  We hope to see Barb with us at York and at the museum opening on March 30th and 31st.

I was a crew member on Pro Stock team out of Pittsburgh. I also worked for a former top fuel racer out of Pittsburgh. I remember when the P/S team owner had come up with a wild idea. He wanted himself , D.A. and the T/F car owner to for a pro team called Steel City Racing flying Steeler colors. I know he approached the T/f owner but I do not know if he ever approached D.A.Would have been interesting and entertaining.
